1. Who is Celtic Dance Fusion?

Celtic Dance Fusion are Ireland’s premier Irish dance company, employing the very best professional dancers to create an authentic and unforgettable Irish dance show. In Feb. 2025, we won our 11th major award in the Wedding & Corporate category.

2. Where are you based?

We have troupes based in Dublin, the West and the North of Ireland and perform nationwide and abroad for international clients.

3. What types of events do you perform at?

We perform at weddings, corporate events, product launches, private parties, award ceremonies and cultural festivals — anywhere people want to experience the spirit and energy of an amazing Irish dance show.

4. How long does a typical performance last?

Our shows last 30-35 minutes. If required, we can adapt the length and structure to fit your event schedule — from short opening acts to full dance showcases. We would love to include guests in our famous Audience Particpation piece - a guaranteed floor filler & super fun.

5. How many dancers are in your troupe?

We emply 50 world class dancers in our various troupes. For weddings, we typically perform with 5 professional dancers. With corporate events and depending on stage size / event requirements, we can expanded the troupe numbers for a full-scale stage experience.

6. Can we request specific dances or songs?

Absolutely. We can include specific traditional Irish dances, modern interpretations or tailor music selections to match your event’s tone and atmosphere.

7. Do you bring your own sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we can provide professional sound setup when required. For larger events, we coordinate directly with your AV team or venue technician to ensure a seamless experience.

8. What space do you need to perform?

We require a flat and secure performance area of at least 4x3 metres, free from obstacles, stands and cables. Wooden or stage floors are the best for heavy shoe routines and movement. If requested, we can provide a high impact, anti-slip dance floor cover so we will not scratch the dance surface in your venue.

9. Do you perform internationally?

Oh, we certainly love our trips abroad. Celtic Dance Fusion has performed for audiences across Europe, the UK, Africa, Asia and North America. International bookings are very welcome and our team can manage logistics professionally.

10. Can the show include branding or customization for our event?

Absolutely. We can customize lighting, music and visuals to align with your theme, brand colours or special message — perfect for corporate and gala settings.

11. Do you perform at outdoor events?

Yes, we do. We only require a safe, level, weather-protected stage area and power access for sound equipment. We have performed at open-air weddings, concerts, corporate events and festivals in Ireland and overseas.

12. How much setup time do you need?

Our team requires 30 minutes for setup, warm-up and costume change, depending on the scale of the performance. We always arrive early to ensure smooth coordination.

13. Do you offer interactive elements, like teaching guests to dance?

100% YES . Our performers can teach short, fun Irish dance piece during weddings or private events — a guaranteed floor filler & a crowd favourite that gets everyone off their feet, clapping and stamping and basically have the "craic". Some of our dancers are qualified Irish dance teachers, so no issues there. We can also cater for Hen, Stag & Sten pre- wedding celebrations for tip-tapping fun !! Having a Day 2 event ? Perfect, we'll have you sorted as well.

14. Are your shows suitable for all ages?

Totally !! Our performances are family-friendly, cultural and visually engaging, perfect for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. We can include the "smallies" with our Audience Particpation piece - the future Riverdance stars ??

15. Do you have insurance cover?

Most defintely YES !! More and more venues are insisting on this. Be rest assured, Celtic Dance Fusion carries full public liability insurance and our team follows all professional safety and stage standards. If required, our Insurance policy can be emailed to your venue for piece of mind.

16. What happens if the venue has limited space or equipment?

Not a problem. With our vast experience, we can adapt our routines and setup to fit most venues. We will still provide you with a fantastic show, delivering an unbelievable impact.

17. How can we book Celtic Dance Fusion?

Call, text, message us on WhatsApp or simply fill out our online enquiry form. Just share your event date, venue and estimated audience size and we’ll reply within 24 hours with a tailored proposal. SIMPLE !! All quoted booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
